DetailingSanctuary – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and booking of services from DetailingSanctuary, owned and operated by Patrick B (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By scheduling or purchasing any service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings and Appointments

  • All services must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.

  • A confirmation will be sent upon successful booking. It is your responsibility to review all appointment details.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances including weather or technician availability. Clients will be notified promptly.

2. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved electronic payment methods.

  • Deposits may be required for premium or mobile detailing services.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this window may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling will be needed and cost another 25% deposit of the given service, in order to book the slot at the given date & time

  • Missed appointments or no-shows may be subject to full service charges.

4. Service Satisfaction and Liability

  • We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please notify us within 72 hours so we may address the issue.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, such as rust, loose trims, or fragile components. (pictures will be taken on arrival before service commences)

  • All vehicles are serviced with the utmost care. However, we are not liable for personal items left in vehicles.

5. Weather and Mobile Detailing

  • In the event of severe weather, mobile detailing appointments may be rescheduled for safety and quality reasons.

  • A suitable location (driveway, flat surface, safe working environment, and adequate access to water/power if required) must be provided for mobile services.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure their vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the agreed time.

  • Personal belongings should be removed prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

7. Modifications to Services or Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on our website.

8. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the state or country where DetailingSanctuary operates.

By booking or purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
